In Network w Kaiser & Private Pay
Release what’s kept you stuck: Identify and untangle old patterns and emotional burdens that keep you in overdrive
Reconnect with your inner wisdom: Attune to your body’s wisdom and emotions to understand what you’re feeling and why
Cultivate a deep sense of safety and inner peace: Create space for your whole Being to exhale and return to your true nature
The Space Between Chaos and Ease
Imagine a day where:
You don’t have to rehearse what you say.
You rest without guilt.
You walk through life feeling centered — not because the world stopped spinning, but because you’re no longer fighting your own heart.
In our work together:
I’ll help you create that space between chaos and ease. Not by pretending the chaos isn’t there, but by helping your whole Self — brain, body, soul — remember the truth: I’m worthy and I belong.
I know what it feels like when your brain’s a storm that won’t quit and your body’s holding memories you never asked for. But there is another way.
If you’re ready to find this space, to stop believing you’re the mistake, and start feeling what’s true — that you’ve always been enough - I’m here to support you. All of you: the brilliant, the exhausted, the done-with-apologizing you. You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

Seasoned Clinical Expertise You Can Trust
With over 25 years of clinical experience—and decades dedicated to my own recovery from complex trauma and learning to live well with ADHD—I offer both professional expertise and a deeply lived understanding to this work.Through the years, I’ve learned that change happens when honesty is met with safety and courage is balanced with compassion. I know what it takes to move through pain toward real freedom, and I bring that clarity and empathy to our sessions.
More Than Talk Therapy: Connecting Mind, Body, and Heart
In our work together, we go beyond simply talking about your life. I’ll gently help you shift out of the constant analysis of your mind and into the wisdom of your heart and body. This is where your strength and self-trust live, and where we can reach the parts of you that already know how to heal.
I draw from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy, integrating them with Conscious Living principles. Together, these approaches can help us uncover the deeper patterns shaping your experience and guide us toward change that’s meaningful and lasting.
Grounded Support with Leasel, My Therapy Dog
To help you feel grounded, my therapy dog, Leasel, often joins us (only if you wish). Her calm, steady presence brings warmth and is an incredible support—especially when you’re navigating trauma or neurodiversity. I often joke about her "Sacred Doggo Energy” being in the room, but the truth is, Animal-Assisted Therapy offers a unique comfort that helps your nervous system settle and feel safe enough to heal.
Healing with Hope and Humor
While we address the root of your challenges, I offer a warm, down-to-earth style that leaves plenty of room for humor and lightness. Even when the work is intense, hope remains at the center of it.
You Don't Have to Keep Figuring This Out on Your Own.
You are the expert on yourself, and I’m here as your experienced ally and supporter. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about finally coming home to yourself, with more ease, freedom, and trust in your own inner wisdom.
“I believe that You are the expert on you — even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.”
Why This Approach Works
NeuroSpicy adults often struggle silently, feeling pressure to “have it all together.” And living with the lingering effects of (complex) trauma only seems to intensify that pressure.
But healing requires something different — slowing down, listening inward, and allowing the body to help lead the way.
Although that may sound foreign or even scary, I will gently teach you how to shift from overdrive to presence and from being a ‘human doing’ to ‘human being’. This is the foundation for cultivating a sense of embodied peace in your life.
You’re not alone and you don’t have to keep figuring it out by yourself.
Let’s Get Started
If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to guide and support you. Together, we’ll co-create a compassionate, grounded space where both your strengths and struggles are fully honored.
